You want to attract lots of qualified candidates. So it’s natural to think that the best way is to create a recruitment message to appeal to the masses. That way you’ll have lots of responses and can choose from this large pool. That seems like a logical plan. There’s only one problem: it’s wrong.
Who do you get when you place your recruitment message with mass-market appeal? Nobody.
