Almeera was a very thorough, detailed manager. Her written communication was very factual, accurate, and complete. She left no stone unturned in her communication and documented even the smallest event. If you read one of her status reports, you would get a very clear picture of everything that was happening in her organization. The problem was that no one read her status reports because, while they were very detailed and complete, they were just too darn long, and it took too much time to read all the way through them. Almeera's desire to be concise and efficient took second fiddle to her desire to be thorough and complete. Her status reports just weren't effective.
