Staying on Plan
The next two months were busy ones for the D&D team. Alex was committed to developing a new strategic plan and keeping it at the front of everyone’s mind. To do so and to ensure that he kept himself on track as well, Alex listed his two key personal behaviors on a three-by-five index card, which he kept on his desk and took to every meeting. Steph and Jack were so impressed that they started to do the same.
