Keeping Your Head in the Game

The next week zipped by. Lou’s attendance at the gym had been more erratic. When he showed up on Wednesday, Steph corralled him to get coffee with her after their workout.

“So, how you feeling these days, Lou?”

“OK.”

“Not exactly a ringing endorsement. So, what have you been up to?”

“I spoke to my psychologist.”

“Really?”

“About talking to Marion, if only to resolve our…situation, one way or the other.”

“And?”

Lou explained that he and the psychologist had talked for a double session to pull together a strategy, and that it had worked! Lou met with Marion for several hours later in the week.
