In the previous chapter we discussed how to identify our organizational stakeholders. Having completed that task, the question becomes: What do we do with the stakeholders we identified?
If we look at the business world, the subject of teams is a major area of concern. Are the teams operating in person? Are the teams operating remotely via vehicles such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom?
