Singing Plant
This project is closely related to the theramin project of Chapter 11, but I decided that it belonged here in the novelty section of the book. Instead of using a range finder to alter the pitch of a musical sine wave, this project uses a technique called capacitative sensing to control the pitch (Figure 28-1).
