INTRODUCTION
Meet Boyo, a child from a rural part of South Sudan near the village of Doro. He lives with his mother and five other children in this desolate part of the country where hunger is a way of life. Famine and insufficient drinking water are felt by all the people of this area, but none so much as mothers of babies and young children. These mothers cannot produce enough milk for their young children and babies, and with the lack of clean water, they cannot even use the powdered milk that is provided by the food aid program.
