APPLYING POWDER MAKEUP IN FIVE EASY STEPS
Step 1–Clean
We want to make sure that the skin is free of oil and dirt, so first have your subject clean their skin with mild soap and water or some other gentle cleanser. Pat the skin fully dry with a clean towel or paper towel.
