In his life he has been a carpenter, engineer, economist, business consultant, manager, entrepreneur, coach and psychotherapist. After working for 16 years as a manager in global industrial corporations and business consulting companies, today he works internationally as a sought-after expert in the field of executive and organisational resilience. He lives near Heidelberg with his patchwork family.
