Foreword
I was delighted when Karsten reached out to me asking whether I would be interested in writing a foreword for his latest book on the topic of success. I have known Karsten through my work at the Center for Creative Leadership for more than five years and his previous book on resilience has been integrated into much of the work that we do at the Center and his work has touched many lives. Karsten is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He bases his writing on empirical research and delivers key messages without any sugar coating. So I was intrigued to hear what he would have to say in his new book called The Rules of Success.
