Why Should You?

Now that you know yourself better, including your strengths, interests, motivators, and values, you are better positioned to build serious expertise. You want to be known for at least one thing you do much better than others (and several you do equally well to be well-rounded). This is how you differentiate yourself from the pack.

What pack? Any group with similar credentials and skills as you trying to achieve the same goal: Your classmates interviewing with the same companies as you, your colleagues competing for the same exciting assignment or promotion, or if an entrepreneur, the other business ...
