We’ll explore why this is such a challenging skill to develop, why some people do it well, and how each of us can use the inherent knowledge that exists within biology to create more grace in pressure-filled situations.
The most challenging aspect of being stress resilient is dealing with stress in real time. When confronted by a difficult or challenging situation, we lose control, and we become lost in our biological response.
