TRUE OR FALSE: Scope creep is a result of poor up-front planning.
Actually this is true and false, depending on the situation. There are definitely many examples of poorly defined market requirements that translate into unnecessary rework. However, there are also situations in which unforeseeable changes occur during the project that require product changes before launch. Product managers should try to eliminate the first cause and reduce the severity of the second.
