Integrity. Integrity means that an individual must not only be able to speak the truth, but is willing to do so in situations where he or she may be challenged. Integrity is speaking the truth without regard for consequences.

Behaviors:

  • Speaks even when he or she knows there will be opposition or knows his or her position will be unpopular.
