MY STORY IS DONE. And it ends pretty much as it began, with Spirit. For all those people whose Spirit may be tired, as well as all those other people who have responsibility for organizations and institutions in which the Spirit may be sagging—just remember, it really doesn’t have to be this way. There are alternatives. Soul Pollution is not inevitable. And the cure is very simple: open some space, and Spirit will certainly show up. Allow the magic of self-organization to work for you, and the complex adaptive system that we are will find its own power.207
