Summary

The consequences of appreciation are enormous in terms of performance and motivation in the appreciated. Appreciation of others is very much about perception. It is initially difficult to perceive others properly, although this can be trained. It will be discussed how appreciation can be demonstrated and which models can be followed in order to position not only the positive but also the negative or that which needs to be changed.
