Summary

In order to recognize our own strengths and weaknesses, we must avoid numerous stumbling blocks: these range from self-perception to interacting with others. It is as much about narcissism and excessive self-confidence as it is about underestimating one's own abilities. It has to do with thinking yourself too obvious to others as well as believing in too great an importance. Tools are given to analyze your own strengths and weaknesses for your current and any future job.
