Summary

Over the past ten years, research in hundreds of projects has identified measurable, predominantly positive, results of humility. These can be divided into three groups: Effects of a humble leader on the employees (e.g., in terms of performance or creativity), results for the entire organization (e.g., in terms of strategy or culture) and positive consequences for the leader himself or herself (e.g., in terms of performance or stress).
