On the previous pages I used a quick two-frame pan, but you can continue panning and shooting to construct a true panorama, as wide as you like. Not all scenes deserve it, however, so the discipline in photographing panoramas is in imagining clearly how the final frame will look. This was the high grassland of western Sichuan, and a double rainbow plus Yala mountain in the far distance made the shot.
