The 12 Construction Steps for an Agile OPPM
Figure 7.2 in the previous chapter shows an agile one-page project manager (OPPM). The 12 steps needed to construct it are seen in Figure 8.1.

We will now create an agile OPPM.
Step 1: The Header
What It Is
The first step is to provide basic information about the project. This goes at the top of the form in the highlighted rectangle (Figure 8.2).

This information includes:
- Project: Cornerstone—Front Office
- Product Owner: Clark Campbell
- Scrum Master: Larrie Elkins
- Vision: Upgrade Sales Configuration System
- Report Date
How to Do It
This part of the agile OPPM is similar in construction to the traditional OPPM. A notable difference is the inclusion of a Scrum Master. Also, rather than referring to the objective and sub-objectives, with agile we have vision and feature sets.
