Simpson Water Heaters’ Goal Tree

Before leaving from Simpson Water Heaters the last time, Tom had instructed Matt to lead an effort for Simpson to create their own Goal Tree. Simpson’s team had done that very thing, so Matt decided to call Tom and schedule his next visit. He called Tom, and they set up a meeting for the day after tomorrow.

Tom arrived at Simpson Water Heaters, met Matt in the lobby, and the two of them walked to the conference room.
