About the Author

Walton C. Gibson was born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1975. He received the Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University in 1996, and the Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1998. His professional interests include electromagnetic theory, computational electromagnetics, radar cross section prediction, and computer graphics. He is the author of the industry-standard lucernhammmer electromagnetic signature prediction software. He is a licensed amateur radio operator (callsign K4LLA), with interests in antennas and low-frequency HF propagation.
