There are two kinds of advertising here: organization advertising and specific position advertising. It is important to your overall recruiting scheme that your organization’s name is out in the community. Raise the level of awareness of what your organization specializes in, what kind of an environment it is, and any other positive selling points that you would like people to know when they think of your organization. You can accomplish a great deal through newspaper ads about your organization, billboards, and radio and local television ads.
