The TotalView Assessment is a precision psychometric tool used in the selection, coaching, and development of employees in any size business or organization. The construction and validation of the TotalView Assessment was completed by Dr. David Bartram, International R & D Director for the SHL Group plc., and current president of the International Test Commission. The TotalView was validated on a cross-cultural, multi-racial, and multilingual population of more than 4,700 employees representing the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Singapore, and Malaysia. Dr. Bartram’s work has produced a world-class selection and development instrument that is valid, reliable, and culture-fair.
