4. Spiritual indicators of a healthy community
A. Connectedness
The first indicator of a spiritually healthy community is the sense of connectedness employees have. People can feel connected to themselves, to others, and/or to a larger purpose. Therefore, in a connected community, there would be free expression of emotions. People would not only be conscious of their thoughts and feelings, they would find constructive ways to express them. In a connected community, one would see high performing teams in which there would be lively debate and discussion of new ideas.
