This is probably where some of you will cringe. Do I have to hear about my assistant’s personal life? Why can’t we leave that stuff where it belongs—at home? If you are asking yourself questions like these, perhaps you haven’t yet realized that the line between work and personal life is no longer as clear as it once was. For some, there is no line; their work is their life (just think of Milton in the movie Office Space).
