Quick Wins

Quick Wins or Just-Do-It is a change solution which focuses on possible improvements with a little effort but great benefits (Redzic & Baik, 2006). Quick Wins involve one or two people for implementation, and it can be implemented in less than two weeks, does not involve many fields or departments, and has support from the leadership and participants of the process. Solutions that are classified as Quick Wins, however, might look simple but are actually more complicated. They could have unexpected impacts on other fields or functions, could be rejected unexpectedly, and could use resources and cause delays. Therefore, it should be ensured that the solution proposed is really Quick Wins.
