Visual Management

Visual management is a step to find out errors in the system. Visual management, visual workplace, visual control, or visual tool is a management system that tries to improve organizational performance through the use of visual stimuli to highlight, clarify, report, and integrate vision, mission, value, and culture into operational systems and organization performance requirement (Bwemelo, 2016).
