Developing Future Position
In this chapter, we will discuss about the solution to improve the current situation, so that we can achieve the expected results. It is the step after the root cause is identified in PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, and Act/Adjust) process. Various techniques discussed in this chapter are strategic since they can be chosen according to the type of problem.
