Organizational-Level Process Map
Organizational-level process map is the process map in an organization at the highest level. This map aims to explain the work of an organization. Map making is required to create a better alignment between various priorities, since in general, organizations are more focused on responsibility than process. They have organizational structures consisting of humans with different duties and responsibilities, but they do not have an organizational structure consisting of running processes in it. This kind of map will greatly depend on the type of organization and the product sold. However, the point is that this map must describe steps or processes that occur in an organization as a whole.
