LEAD WITH THE POWER OF GOLDEN MUSTARD SEEDS
If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. (Matt. 17: 20–21)
The remarkable potential of the kind of leadership Jesus suggests is most powerfully described in this passage from his teachings. The central driving force is faith—a concept that Jesus talked about repeatedly in his teachings. Jesus suggests that if we have just the smallest amount of faith—the size of only a mustard seed—nothing will be impossible for us. A rather bold statement this is indeed.
