The four main qualities discussed in Chapter 2 provide a strong base for the contemporary leader. Focusing on these attributes—trust, confidence, enlightenment, and tenacity—will help you be a distinctive leader and set an example every single day. They will also help you establish yourself among your peers, colleagues, and partners, no matter their level.
