How to motivate a disengaged team using EA
This chapter focuses on how you can first spot a disengaged team and, second, use the emotional agility skills you have learnt to try to get the team back on track. It will also offer some suggestions about how using EA can help diagnose the barriers of team motivation, remove them and build a sustainable high-performing culture.
