A Good, Cheap Lens Cloth
Before you start shooting, you should always give your lenses a quick cleaning with a microfiber cleaning cloth. Some folks like to do it when they pack their gear at the end of a shoot (so it’s always ready for the next shoot), and some folks do it once the lens is attached to their camera, right before they start to shoot. It doesn’t matter when you do it, just that you actually remember to do it before you start shooting.
