When you’re constructing a landscape image with a strong foreground, how do you keep that foreground element (like maybe a rock, or a tree limb, or a wildflower) in sharp focus? Getting the stuff off in the distance, like a mountain or a large rock formation, is easy as it’ll be taken care of by using an f-stop like f/11.
