Flooding positive affirmations will improve your mood and increase your productivity and profitability. Moods change. The more you can positively influence your mindset, the more your business will thrive. This chapter is dedicated to providing you with a variety of ways to practice the art of flooding. The goal is to master it. Consciously flooding your mind with positive thoughts when idle will build positive thought momentum. Idle times means when waiting, driving, walking somewhere, or arriving early for a meeting. These are all perfect times to practice the concept of flooding. Flooding pushes out worry, anxiety, fear, and doubt and fills your mind with positivity.
Most people don’t flood positive messages to themselves because they don’t know what to say. To start the flooding habit, find the phrases you like below and read them aloud. Say them 20 or 30 times twice a day for 30 days. Watch for the magic to appear.
