The profiles described in the last chapter are those of exceptionally skilled internationalists. These individuals have a combination of personal characteristics, education, and experience that has propelled them to career success. The characteristics of these individuals are inherent personality traits, but until these characteristics are outwardly manifest into actions, and these actions become consistent, the characteristic does not become a practice.
