A large group of senior executives sought to guide more junior members of the business community in their skills and development toward success. They engaged in a mentor program focused on regional universities and small businesses that needed help with training young workforce candidates. The mentors defined the program with mindset awareness and control, project structures, and implementation work needed to achieve success.
