To operate in any country and to benefit from the privileges offered by its government, an institution must comply with that country’s laws. An important task for any institution builder, often aided by a qualified lawyer, is therefore to be sure that the institution meets the demands of the country’s legal system and that mechanisms are in place to preserve its continuing legal status in the future.
