Jeswald W. Salacuse is Dean Emeritus and Distinguished Professor Emeritus of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. The author of 20 books, his many leadership positions include serving as dean of two university graduate schools, president of three national professional organizations, chair or lead director of 15 different investment companies, president or member of 5 international arbitration tribunals, and an institution builder in over 40 countries.
