Introduction

Is there is a clearly defined company plan to achieve broad market penetration? The plan should provide a well-defined sales strategy. The company needs to establish necessary partnerships with manufacturers and distributors, and also have a sales and marketing plan. A big decision for the company is whether to do this with internal resources or by outsourcing for the go-to-market plan. The customer may need to experience your product before a purchase.
