The Customer

Introduction

People need to want your product and service. Other people (customers) need to be as excited about your idea as you are. Start testing the idea and talking about it with friends and family members, and survey potential customers. Identifying the target customer with the right product is the home run. The challenge of achieving this success depends on the adoption of the product by the customer. The CEO may think that their product smells good, looks good, and tastes good but the customer may not buy it. There must be a compelling value proposition for the customer to try your product and then leave their current product.
