Postproduction sound is an area of filmmaking that is attaining a broader audience as more films are made that feature stunning, imaginative, and creative sound design. Action films, fantasy films, and most assuredly the recent trend of superhero films require sound that captures the viewer and helps transcend the ordinary world.
