(5) Should you read the intro page to each chapter? Just a heads up: I have a tradition in all my books that either delights my readers or makes them spontaneously burst into fits of anger. It’s how I write the introduction to each chapter. In a normal book, these brief intros would give you some important insight into the coming chapter. But, mine . . . um . . . well . . . don’t.
