(3) Flashes are flashes. And they all do essentially the same thing. They produce a bright flash of light. If I took a $600 flash and a $60 flash, and put them (and you) in a dark room and fired each one separately, it would be impossible for you to tell which one was which—they both make a bright flash of white light. The difference may be in the features, or the build of the unit, or whether it has a built-in wireless radio transceiver, but as far as what they create (a bright flash of light), any flash can do that, and they’re pretty much indistinguishable from that standpoint.
