20 How to Adopt the New View
Getting your organization to adopt the New View may be challenging. At least, that is what you may feel. Suppose you sense that your organization’s current approach to failure is not productive. You see how your organization easily blames “human error”, and how it thinks that this can lead to meaningful countermeasures. And then you see it gets nowhere. You struggle to get your organization to change its perspective on how failure and success come about. Remember three things, then:
