61. BLOOPERS

Life is full of bloopers. It is just how life is—sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. During your digital job interviews you may have a number of these little mishaps. Maybe the lights go out because they are set to a motion sensor and you weren’t moving often enough to keep them on. Or maybe you reach for something and knock your microphone over with a big crash. In my research, I found that it is usually best to simply acknowledge the gaffe, apologize for it, and move on. Don’t make a big deal about your bloopers; simply say that you realize there was a mistake and then continue with the interview.
