My company goes on and on and on about diversity. We got African-Americans, we got Mexican-Americans, we got Asian-Americans, we got deaf folks, we got gay folks. I mean, we’re good. Why do we have to keep doing stuff?

Is There an End Point?
Is there a point when diversity is achieved? It’s a good question and not one that is easily answered. To me, the simple answer is no, but a good company can have high marks when it comes to diversity and be well positioned to keep those high marks.
