Moonshimmering Waterfall and Aurora Borealis
ARNAR VALDIMARSSON
It is almost midnight, the moon is full, and it’s frigidly cold. This picture captures the frozen beauty of an evening at Öxarárfoss in Þingvellir National Park, Iceland. Using a Canon 5D full-frame camera and a 15mm f/2.8 fisheye lens, the exposure was set at 30 seconds and the ISO at 100. Very little post-processing was necessary—just a +1.5 boost in exposure and a little contrast enhancement.
