For convenience, I have somewhat arbitrarily decided to discuss several issues in this chapter designated for blogs and podcasts even though these issues are applicable to a broader array of online works.

A blog is a web-based publication authored by an individual or group of individuals that functions as an online journal. People who write blogs are called bloggers.
